Go to your state government website. There should be a feature on the site to allow you to get a background check or a criminal history check for yourself. This can usually be done online, in person or by post. You will probably have to pay for the service too. If you prefer though you can use the search box above and by simply typing in your state and name and following the instructions, you will be able to get access to your criminal records.
